The Vehicle Archive / Location
JUST OUTSIDE
CAMBRIDGE.
Less than an hour from London. Far enough out to be quiet, close enough that the vehicle is still yours to use.
The Archive sits in Cambridgeshire, within reach of a large part of the south-east without being in the middle of it. That matters more than it sounds: storage a few streets away is expensive and rarely secure, and storage four hours away is cheap and effectively a goodbye.
Getting here
A straightforward run up the M11 or A1 from London, and easy from Hertfordshire, Essex, Bedfordshire and Suffolk. Most journeys from London are under an hour.
The exact address and directions are confirmed as part of your storage enquiry rather than published — which is deliberate, and the same reason the building is not signposted.

Rural, not remote
A quiet location does more for security than any amount of signage. There is no passing trade, no public listing and no reason for anyone to be at the building who has not arranged to be — while still being close enough to visit on a whim.
If you would rather not make the trip at all, protected collection and return can be arranged.
