This site is run by The Vehicle Archive, the vehicle storage arm of Klassic Garage. If you have a question about anything below, email enquiries@thevehiclearchive.co.uk.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form, or send us by email: your name, your contact details, and what you tell us about the vehicle and how you expect to use the storage. We ask for nothing else, and there is nothing on this site collecting information in the background.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The fonts and code are served from this domain rather than a third-party network, so loading a page does not report anything to anyone else. Our web host keeps standard server logs, as every host does.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, and to work out whether the Archive suits your vehicle. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for. If you become a client, your details are used to run your storage agreement.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to storage are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as the agreement runs and for six years afterwards, which is what UK accounting and tax rules require.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email enquiries@thevehiclearchive.co.uk and we will deal with it within a month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
